THE ISSAM FARES INSTITUTE FOR PUBLIC POLICY AND INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS
An online conference titled “School to College Transitions among Vulnerable Youth in Lebanon” was organized on Friday, December 11, 2020 to present the findings and outcomes of the “Pre-College Mentoring Program” project This conference aimed to present the findings and outcomes of the “Pre-College Mentoring Program” project which addresses the school to college transition among the vulnerable Lebanese and Syrian refugee youth in Lebanon. The conference was also an opportunity to engage various stakeholders with diverse experience in tackling the transitions of youths from school to university.
The “Pre-College Mentoring Program” project was implemented by the Issam Fares Institute in collaboration with the Education Department at AUB and supported by the Ford Foundation.
